Shipping & Processing

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to almost all countries except a few where shipping is currently unserviceable or restricted from the Philippines such as Russia, North Korea, etc. I use two courier services. Please visit PHLPost and MyKartero for the full list of available countries. Please see the Shipping Information page for more details! 

Do you offer tracked shipping

Tracked International Shipping is available!

There are two methods that you can choose at checkout :

Method 1 - I mainly use MyKartero for secure and faster worldwide shipping! This tracked international shipping, however, is quite expensive than our local post but is cheaper among other services we have in the Philippines. I highly recommend to go with this shipping option especially when ordering more products so your orders arrive to you safely and much faster. This service is based in Singapore so all mailed items "origin" in the tracking information will be stated as from Singapore instead of Philippines. But rest assured that I pack and ship everything from the Philippines :)

Due to expensive costs, I offer two options :

Half-Tracked : Tracking is available from Philippines all the way up until it leaves the main dispatch hub in Singapore. This is a cheaper option. However, if you choose this, I will not be responsible for your package once it leaves the dispatch origin. So far, items using MyKartero’s half-tracked services are delivered to the recipients.

Full-Tracked : I highly recommend going for this option for secure and detailed tracking status all the way until delivery to the recipient.

Method 2 - Registered Mail via PHLPost for selected EU countries for a cheaper cost since MyKartero’s EU shipping is expensive than most continents.

All domestic orders will be shipped via J&T Express with tracking code provided.

The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the items you have on your cart.

How long does it take to prepare an order?

International and Domestic orders are processed and taken to the post office or picked up by the courier service within 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Sometimes an additional two days may be needed depending on the volume of orders received but I try to ship them as early as I can.You will receive a shipping confirmation email after the items have shipped.

What are the average shipping times?

After receiving a shipping confirmation email, the average shipping times for International orders when you choose the Registered Mail or Standard Shipping are as follows:

- Asia: 6-12 business days

- US: 8-14 business days

- Europe: 8-14 business days

- Everywhere else: 6-14 business days


However, please keep in mind that I don’t have any control to the shipping times and delays due to customs are not calculated in the estimated delivery times!

Domestic orders are shipped via J&T Express

  • NCR 1 - 7 Days
  • Luzon 1 - 7 Days
  • Visayas 4 - 9 Days
  • Mindano 4 - 9 Days
  • Island 7 - 10 Days

What is the default currency in your shop?

The default currency in the shop is USD ($).

Unfortunately, Shopify Payments is not available in Philippines yet that allow multi-currency.

For local customers, please select Philippines in the Country/region selector for adjusted prices. The currency reflected will still be in USD but will have a slight difference when converted to PHP compared to the prices offered in my Shopee store.

Do you still sell on Shopee for Philippine customers?

Due to some restrictions, I don't have a definite idea how long I can sell on Shopee but it is still open with limited listings and stocks.

I suggest to try placing an order on the website first. This way, I can get an accurate inventory of my stocks :)

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal is my only payment provider at the moment. But will add more methods once available!

No PayPal account? No worries! 

You may pay using your Credit / Debit Card as a PayPal Guest without creating an account. A large number of cards are supported including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Just follow these easy steps :

1. After providing your shipping information at Checkout, click the PayPal button

2. Select "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card" below

3. Enter your email, then click "Continue Payment"

4. Fill out your card details

5. Toggle the button to unselect "Save Info & create your PayPal account" so you won't need to create an account.

6. Click "Continue as Guest"

 

Note : PayPal will preauthorize the amount on your card, then send you back to my website to complete your purchase. If you don’t complete it or the purchase amount changes should you add anything else on your cart, any pending preauthorizations usually drop off within one business day. 

Local customers can choose GCash to Bank or Direct Bank Transfer at checkout for exact PHP prices. An invoice will be sent via email along with the payment instructions as soon as possible. Your order will be processed upon receiving your payment :)

Why is shipping to EU via MyKartero expensive?

When you shop from other European countries, your country's VAT will be included in MyKartero shipping cost. Other fees such as customs and duty taxes may still be collected from the buyer upon delivery.

For orders outside of EU, your country's taxes will not be included in the prices or added at checkout which means you pay 0% taxes. All possible customs, duty taxes, and other fees are handled by the buyer upon receiving the package.


There is an untrackable option available in this service. Though as cheap as $6, I can’t list it as an option for shipping and risk losing your package in transit.

Returns, Exchange, & Lost Orders

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unfortunately, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders that are already shipped.

However, if you received a damaged item, wrong or missing items, please don't hesitate to contact me at hello@bycharizze.com or use the Contact page to send an email.

For damaged items, please attach a photo of the issue you are describing, along with the order number and the email you used to place your order. The more detail you can provide, the easier it will be for us to resolve the issue :)

Can I still change my order information?

If you made a mistake when ordering, forgot to use a discount code or gave a wrong address and I still haven't sent out your order or you didn't get a shipping notification yet, no worries! Please send me an email at hello@bycharizze.com and I can fix it for you immediately.

My package might be lost

If it's been 4-6 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email or there is no movement or update in the tracking information, there is a chance that the package is lost.

In this case, please don't hesitate to contact me at hello@bycharizze.com and I'll try my best to resolve the situation.

Other times when the package leaves my country, your order can take more than four weeks to arrive for instances where your countries' courier service or post office fail to update the whereabouts of your package.

Digital Items

I didn't receive a download link for my digital items

You can access the download link by going to your Order Confirmation Email, clicking View Your Order and downloading the items from the Thank You page of the order.

If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email, it might went to your email spam folder. Keep in mind that the files are only allowed to be downloaded twice as stated in the item description :)

Why is there a download limit?

The download link has a limit to how many times you are able to download the items (this is to prevent misuse and sharing of the files). If you have any problems downloading your products, please don't hesitate to contact me!

I have troubles downloading the file

After clicking the download button, the files usually go into your device's Downloads folder (unless you designated a specific folder for your downloads). 

After locating the file, you will need to extract the .zip file by right-clicking the file and choosing the extract option. This will open up the separate folders of your Digital Item that include the individual .JPG images.

Where can I use the digital items? Can I resell them?

You are allowed to use any digital items for your personal and non-profitable projects, like in your bullet journal or digital planner. Please feel free to also share pictures of the pages you have created with them on social media and may tag my account!

You are not allowed to use the designs as part of marketing, productions, or own design projects (for example logo/website).​ You are not allowed to sell or distribute the files or claim any of the content as your own.

Commissions, Collaboration, & Wholesale

Do you accept commissions or custom orders?

I don't officially offer commissions. But I'm open to discussing any ideas you might have and see if we can work on it!
